Previously, Mr. Adams served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Congdon Orchards and Congdon Development Co. Mr. Adams also served as President and CEO of Quadlux, which developed and patented the ability to cook food with light.

Richard J. Bradley

Mr. Bradley has broad operating experience with a particular focus on consumer products, retail and restaurants.  He is currently Chairman and President of Bradley Holdings investing in venture transactions, commercial real estate, hotels and restaurants. Mr. Bradley was chairman of No Boundaries Limited, the owner and developer of properties in Seattle; and a limited partner in Compadres Restaurants, owner and operator of restaurants in California and Hawaii. Previously, Mr. Bradley was a founder and served as chairman and president of Victoria Station, owner-operator of 105 restaurants in the U.S., Canada and Japan; chairman and CEO of CondoTech, Inc., managing commercial buildings, condominiums, hotels, and resort properties in Hawaii and he owned two multi-unit retail companies - Benetton Stores and Polo/Ralph Lauren Stores. Mr. Bradley serves as an advisor to several firms: Pomare, Ltd. (Owner of Hilo Hattie stores); Athleta, Inc.; WineTasting.com; and Carneros Inn. Additionally, he is or was on the following: Cornell University Hotel Society, Hotel School Dean's Advisory Council and Real Estate Council; former member Young Presidents' Organization; current member of World Presidents' Organization; the Chief Executives Organization; and the Urban Land Institute; trustee, member of Executive Committee and Chair of Audit Committee of the Culinary Institute of America; former trustee of the American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts (COPIA), and St. Helena Hospital Foundation

Roger Goodan

He held senior executive positions in operations, finance, research, marketing and sales in the United States, Europe and Japan for Schlumberger, a $12 billion oilfield services company. Mr. Goodan serves as an advisor to several firms: The Hydril Company, Rustic Canyon Venture Fund, The Tribune Company, Times Mirror Company. Additionally, he was on the following: Stanford University Department of Athletics Board, Boy Scouts of America - Sam Houston Council, Offshore Energy Center.

William H. Hasler

Mr. Hasler serves on the boards of directors of numerous companies, including Stratex Networks, Ditech Networks, Mission West Properties, and Genitope Corporation.  Most recently he was Chairman of the Board of Solectron Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing company, prior to its acquisition by Flextronics.  He is a trustee of the Schwab Funds.  Mr. Hasler was Dean and Department Chair of the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley from 1991-1998.  Prior to his University service, Mr. Hasler had a long and distinguished career at KPMG where he was Vice Chairman and Director of Management Consulting.  Mr. Hasler received a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Terri L. Kwiatek

Ms. Kwiatek has significant experience in all aspects of equipment financing and leasing gained during her 23 year career with Bank of America.  She was a Managing Director and managed the Secondary Markets & Trading Group at BofA from 1982 until she retired in 2001.  In that role she directed a wide variety of secondary market transactions totaling over $25 billion.  From 1978 to 1982, Ms. Kwiatek had the responsibility for arranging leveraged lease and double dip financings for capital equipment and facilities for major international companies. Previously, Ms. Kwiatek worked for Continental Bank from 1973 through mid 1978 in the commercial lending and economic research areas.  She has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Business from the University of Colorado.  She is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of the Cancer Prevention Institute of California (formerly NCCC) and on the Board of the Community Music Center.

Robert E. Mellor

Mr. Mellor has deep knowledge of construction and building products industries and formerly was chairman, President and CEO of BMHC, a financial holding company that invests in the residential construction industry, is a distributor of building materials, a manufacturer of building components and frames homes for production homebuilders nationwide. Mr. Mellor was formerly executive vice president and a director of DiGiorgio Corporation and of counsel in the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Mellor serves as an advisor to several firms: Doeur d'Alene Mines Corporation, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc., The Ryland Group, Inc. Additionally he was on the following: Director of the California Chamber of Commerce; board of councilors of Save-the-Redwoods League, Policy Advisory Board of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies and a director of the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
